Overview:

We are seeking a Product Introduction Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the product introduction of the DMU fleet and ensuring delivery within allocated phases.

This engineer will have strong stakeholder management skills, customer relationship management experience, and demonstrated experience in project execution/delivery. A tertiary qualification in Engineering is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Site Oversight: Supervising and managing the customer site for DMU throughout its warranty period, ensuring compliance with ISO and EHS standards.
  • Execution & Performance Management: Ensuring delivery during the warranty and Field Modification Implementation phases.
  • Reliability & Experience Feedback: Coordinating contributions to reliability growth and return of experience from PI implementation teams.
  • Repair Loop & Supplier Coordination: Managing the repair loop with suppliers and supporting the quality team by recording Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ).
  • Customer Interface & Technical Support: Liaising with PTA for modification approvals and implementation, and recommending ways to minimize operational impact.
  • Contractual & Service Targets: Achieving and reporting on contractual availability milestones and service reliability targets.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project execution/delivery.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
