Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Institutions/Professions team. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth across the financial services industry.

About the Role:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, including strategic management of client relationships at a senior level
  • Deliver a client-centric approach to servicing clients across multiple product lines
  • Maintain strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners in key markets and negotiate risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profile
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our Financial Institutions/Professions portfolio
  • Monitor and review regulatory developments and participate in client advisory white papers
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and technical commentary in tenders
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the Financial Lines Insurance market with a focus on risk identification and risk transfer for clients in the Financial Institutions/Professions sector
  • Strong technical understanding of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions, including PI, D&O, and Crime
  • High level of understanding of client profitability and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing team relationships and senior-level client relationships
