  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of Admissions Counsellors to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Admissions Management
    • Manage multi-channel admissions requests and convert them into admissions.
    • Monitor performance indicators, including enrollment, employee satisfaction, and student satisfaction.
  • Sales and Recruitment
    • Define and achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
    • Supervise agents and advisors to ensure effective follow-up with registered and active students.
    • Assist in the registration process for international students.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Initiate and participate in work improvement and process documentation projects.
  • Outreach and Engagement
    • Plan and manage outreach activities, such as school visits and recruitment expos.
    • Conduct thorough follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Regularly engage with the local leadership team to align with local expectations.
    • Participate in local team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University education in business administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales in a fast-paced company.
    • Experience in higher education student recruitment and team management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office.
    • Knowledge of CRM software an asset.
