About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-focussed Physiotherapy and associated services in our clinics. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the effective operation of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client caseload treating the general population and corporate clients
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage finances and resources to ensure efficient clinic operations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy experience
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA general registration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in managing finances and resources
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
