The Opportunity:
- Manage stakeholder relationships, support project delivery.
- Lead communications and engagement processes.
- Guide stakeholders, including delivery partners, consultants, and community members.
- Contribute to internal marketing strategies, fostering strong external customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder and community engagement activities, identifying and addressing needs.
- Build capabilities within existing frameworks, offering specialized training to others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in implementing IAP2 principles in community engagement.
- Experience planning and managing resources for predetermined objectives (3-6 years).
