Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our civil construction team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a strong background in managing crews and contractors on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily project works, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results through effective resource allocation and scheduling
  • Assist with project planning, including the development of site diaries and docket management systems
  • Maintain site safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Organize site meetings, toolbox talks, and keep accurate records of works
  • Develop and implement effective project controls to drive efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on road and drainage projects
  • 5+ years of experience as a site manager or supervisor
  • Proven ability to operate plant equipment, such as excavators, bobcats, and graders
  • Familiarity with survey terminology and equipment, including laser levels and pipe lasers
