  • Preparing and submitting tenders to clients, highlighting your team's capabilities and expertise.
  • Evaluating and reviewing tender and estimating processes for cost-effectiveness and value addition.
  • Negotiating tender agreements with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Coordinate tender handover to project teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare budgets based on tender submission, aligning with project requirements and scope.
  • Assess and price contract variation orders, ensuring transparency and fairness in pricing.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project success and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • At least 3 years' management experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+.
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach, applying technical skills effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, navigating complex issues and finding solutions.
  • High level of commercial acumen, making informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • High level of organisation and time management skills, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying ideas and messages clearly and concisely.
