This rewarding permanent role is ideal for a qualified Panel Beater wanting to step up share their knowledge and secure a leadership position.

Working closely with the Repair Centre Manager and prioritizing safety and quality this role will include but not be limited to overseeing checking received parts disassembly and reassembly of vehicle as per Job Sheet repairing vehicle to pre-accident condition as per the Repair Method OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet managing production deadlines.

  • You'll be qualified in Collision repairs or have relevant automotive repair experience
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • We work collaboratively so the ability to have open communication with your peers in relation to repairs and timeframes is crucial
  • You must have full Australian work rights
  • From time to time we'll ask you to assist in other areas relating to your skills such as Assembly of vehicles on completion of repairs and mentoring our Apprentices
