About the Role

This leadership role involves overseeing key areas including checking received parts, disassembly and reassembly of vehicles as per Job Sheet, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition as per OEM standards, and managing production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8 in Repairs and Assembly.
  • Assist with day-to-day production.
  • Oversee key areas including checking received parts, disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, and managing production deadlines.

Requirements

  • You'll need to be qualified in Collision repairs or have relevant automotive repair experience.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with your peers regarding repairs and timeframes.
  • Full Australian work rights are required.
  • You may be asked to assist in other areas related to your skills, such as mentoring Apprentices.
