Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Lismore region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities and events
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and boosted (as per NSW Health Regulations)
  • Valid rights to work in Australia
