Job Title: Store Operations Manager

As a key member of our retail store leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, delivering operational excellence and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

About the Role:
  • Deliver and execute the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store
  • Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
  • Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team members within your store
  • Ensure seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers
  • Drive financial sales goals and metrics
Requirements:
  • Team player with a passion for excellence across Sales, Operations & Loss Prevention
  • Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving wage control
  • Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPI's
