Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial area in a diverse group of businesses, including mining services and maintenance.

The successful candidate will report directly to the chief financial officer, be part of the senior leadership team, and work across all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities include financial management, contract management and procurement, understanding group commercials, and providing input into strategic solutions.

Core skills required are finance focus, organizational focus, people focus, and qualifications. Valuable experiences to offer include leadership experience, XERO system / ERP transformation projects, and additional relevant experience.

  • Financial Management: Manage financial initiatives and transactions, including cash flow forecasting, end-of-month reporting, payroll activities, customer and supplier management.
  • Contract Management and Procurement: Oversee contract management and procurement processes.
  • Strategic Solutions: Understand group commercials and provide input into strategic solutions.
