Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans, promoting independent living skills through formal and informal teaching methods.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, including medication management, personal hygiene, food preparation, dressing, and mealtime assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records related to medical, behavioural, and financial documentation, adhering to guidelines.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as payroll, compliance reports, and client procedural paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Disability or a related field.
  • Current driver's license.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Vulnerable People endorsement and Child Related Activity clearance.
