Job Title: ELICOS Teacher and Corporate Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELICOS teacher and corporate training specialist to join our team at ILSC Education Group. As an ELICOS teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of language programs, including Business English, to students of all levels. As a corporate training specialist, you will work with clients to design and deliver bespoke training programs that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach ELICOS classes, including Business English, to students of all levels
  • Design and deliver corporate training programs for clients
  • Work with clients to determine their training needs and develop customized programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Curriculum Team and Marketing Team, to ensure effective program delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and students

Requirements:

  • Recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTA, or Cert IV TESOL (or equivalent)
  • Excellent understanding of TESOL methodology, programs, and assessment practices
  • Experience teaching Business English courses
  • Experience in corporate sector training solutions and adult learning principles (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
