Key Responsibilities
  • Organise travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Manage the vehicle register, reminding staff to get car services and collecting information on fuel reporting.
  • Support the contracts administrator in collating and scanning dockets.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Construction administration experience is desirable.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
