Highly Skilled Distribution Asset Manager

About Energy Distribution
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a key interface between field crews and the asset management team to ensure safety concerns are captured, prioritised and addressed.
- Lead the investigation and implementation of new equipment, materials and work practices that improve safety outcomes.
- Ssupport the integration of practical field insights into asset standards, designs and risk assessments.
- Strengthen the ability to proactively mitigate safety risks across the distribution network and zone substations.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate solid industry experience ideally within electrical supply and distribution network knowledge along with:
- Experience operating in the electrical environment with strong safety focus
- Developed strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with field and office-based workers
- Experience in risk assessment & management techniques
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (Electrical Engineer with Chartered Engineer accreditation desirable)
