The role:

We're seeking an accomplished Enterprise Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical execution of complex client integrations. This position bridges technical program management with solution delivery and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and commercial teams.

This role demands a seasoned professional who can strike a balance between structure and empathy in tackling intricate projects. You'll possess in-depth knowledge of APIs, backend systems, and large-scale architecture decisions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive delivery forward.

Duties include:

  • End-to-end delivery ownership of backend capabilities and APIs for internal teams and enterprise customers.

  • Milestone-driven planning and prioritization of work, helping teams stay focused and move forward collectively.
  • Spearheading system health by incorporating scalability, usability, and maintainability from the outset.

  • Promoting intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and robust monitoring practices.
  • Introducing simple, repeatable workflows to ensure reliable and efficient backend delivery.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical delivery role in a SaaS or platform company.
  • Established track record of managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs.
  • Able to engage with engineers, understand system interactions, and communicate trade-offs effectively.
  • Experience working on custom solutions or client-specific workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguity, simplify complexity, and unblock teams confidently.
