Water Servicing Coordinator Job Overview

The Water Servicing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of projects, collaborating closely with clients to design innovative solutions that meet their needs and community expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to the growth and development of business in New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures, as well as experience in project management on Sydney Water projects. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Working with Sydney Water's Hydra system and E-Developer toolset
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and assessment to achieve project goals
  • Design coordination and proposal submission ensuring timely completion and budgets are managed effectively

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated at least two years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
  • A demonstrated design background
  • Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
  • Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
