About the Role

We are seeking a Vocationally or Generally registered General Practitioner to join our team at Trust Medical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be working on a refer and request basis for an Aged Care GP Program, providing medical services to residents in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical services to residents in aged care facilities using a combination of face-to-face consultations and virtual care
  • Conduct regular routine consultations to monitor residents' health and prevent hospitalizations
  • Coordinate care to ensure residents receive the right care in the right place at the right time
  • Work collaboratively with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to support residents' health needs
Requirements
  • Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Experience in Emergency Department and/or General Practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
