- Apply effective management strategies to address concerns of complainants.
- Assess and determine customer needs, providing referrals when necessary.
- Mentor lower classification staff when required.
- Navigate multiple IT systems in real-time.
To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Strong digital literacy, including typing skills and ability to navigate multiple IT platforms.
