Senior Sustainable Assets Consultant

We're seeking a highly motivated professional with 3-4 years of experience in building services consultancy, building design, or operations to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team.
Job Description:We're looking for an individual who can lead sustainable building client programs and project delivery. Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance. Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sustainable building client programs and project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance.
- Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
- Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.
- Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors).
- Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and analytical models.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
- Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
- Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities.
