Sustainable Assets and Building Performance Consultant

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team.
  • This role is ideal for a professional who possesses a strong foundation in building systems, services, or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead client programs and project delivery to optimize building performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.
  • Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors).
  • Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and analytical models.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities.
