Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations crew, you will be responsible for driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter and e-bike fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Picking up e-scooters and e-bikes across the city and moving them to high-demand locations
  2. Swapping batteries and performing routine maintenance tasks on our vehicles
  3. Working closely with ground patrollers to ensure seamless operations
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a professional manner
Requirements
  • An unrestricted Australian driver's license
  • A suitable smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • The ability to work at least 15 hours per week (up to 38 hours maximum)
  • Availability to work regular afternoons, evenings, and late nights including weekends
  • The ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 30-40 kg
