We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Minimum Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare studies
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current Manual Handling certificate
  • Hand Hygiene certificate
  • Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current Drivers Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Previous employment in disability or aged care support work highly regarded
