About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key position, responsible for continuously improving our processes, controls, and operational risk profile across our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and coordinating control assurance reviews across Commodities and Global Markets.
  • Managing the end-to-end approach to assurance and providing oversight of risk and control representations in the risk and control register.
  • Creating an assurance virtual practice to drive consistency while driving automation and continuous assurance.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in audit, assurance, operational risk, and/or compliance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within Financial Services.
  • A proven risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Front office or Line 1 Risk experience is highly regarded.
