Job Title

As a Service Line Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and development of our healthcare services across various regions.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality patient care, while fostering strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service line strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and quality of care
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a service line director or equivalent role
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using data to inform business decisions
