Key Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead commodity strategy deployment, ensure project execution in line with quality, cost and delivery objectives, and support global supplier relationships.

This role involves building and managing a supplier panel, providing commodity support on site, actively participating in the commodity strategy, and leading project negotiations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, as well as a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the global supplier panel relationship
  • Provide commodity support on site, including consolidation of commodity needs and inputs
  • Actively participate in the commodity strategy and provide support throughout the tender phase
  • Lead project negotiations and prepare Request for Quotations with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of commodities
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and pragmatic professional who can take initiative
