Job Title: Companionship Care Provider

About the Role:

Our residential aged care community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Companionship Care Provider to join our team. As part of a supportive and inclusive culture, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as showering and dressing to maintain the personal dignity of our residents
  • Supporting residents with eating and social activities, promoting engagement and enjoyment
  • Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure individual care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a team environment that prioritises resident health and wellbeing
  • Providing exceptional service to families and the broader community

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred care to older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs and priorities
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care - mandatory qualification
  • COVID Vaccination status
  • NDIS check - mandatory requirement
