About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a smooth transition for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies to mitigate people impacts and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure they are equipped to lead and support business change.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of new ways of working across the organization.
  • Lead the development and delivery of change management plans and execute activities within the plan.
  • Assist in preparing impacted business areas for transition to new ways of working.
  • Engage and involve stakeholders at all levels to support desired change outcomes and success criteria.
  • Actively drive changes and provide guidance and reinforcement to ensure successful adoption.
  • Contribute to assessing the effectiveness of change and confirming benefits realization.
Requirements
  • Change Analyst or Junior Change Management experience.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships and use a team approach to solve problems.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment, share knowledge, and empower teams.
