Global Equities Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned trader to support our Systematic Investment team in executing trades across global markets with a strong focus on Australia.
This role involves collaborating closely with portfolio managers to understand investment rationale, timing, sizing, and risk parameters of trades. You will also monitor real-time market activity, news flow, and special events or corporate actions that could impact positions or execution.
Your responsibilities will include conducting pre- and post-trade analysis, including transaction cost analysis and market impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- 5+ years of equity trading experience
- Deep understanding of equity market microstructure, trading venues, and execution algorithms
- Experience with electronic trading systems and order management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
