This role is a critical care opportunity at a major acute hospital in the heart of Sydney.

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality nursing care to patients/clients of the hospital consistent with district and hospital policies, procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Care for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, and brain injury.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
- Demonstrated recent post registration experience in an acute care setting.
