Agile Project Manager - Digital Farming

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and deliver projects that drive sustainable farming practices through digital efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing operational, financial, and administrative activities of digital agriculture projects, as well as proven experience in supervising staff in complex environments.

Key requirements include knowledge of relevant legislation, risk mitigation in farm operations, and high-level communication skills, capable of preparing reports and proposals.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be technically proficient in using digital technologies for decision-making and data recording, and able to work effectively in an agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cutting-edge projects that drive sustainable farming practices
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ranging from discovery to validation and demonstration
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability
