Senior Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive development plans, including market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate inputs into a cohesive project strategy, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms with vendors and stakeholders, while identifying cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Manage the development of Hickory's long-term property strategy and collaborate with leadership to define and implement a clear commercial vision.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in property development.
- Proven history of successfully delivering developments across multiple asset classes.
- Demonstrates a strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to drive successful outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage, lead, and positively influence a development team.
- Excellent skills in managing relationships, with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external parties.
