Key Account Director of PR and Influencer Campaigns

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as a skilled PR and Influencer Key Account Director.

The ideal candidate will lead bold, culture-shaping campaigns where PR, influencers, and earned-first strategy come together.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic earned and influencer campaign plans for projects and annual programs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients as a senior partner, providing timely updates and counsel on media outreach and influencer management.
  • Advise clients on the best use of PR, influencer, and social media for program amplification.
  • Oversee junior team members to implement specific PR and influencer strategies in response to client objectives, issues, or briefs.
  • Participate in creative ideation and develop innovative PR/influencer tactics, working with production teams to deliver campaign implementation assets.
  • Manage client finances and scopes for both projects and retained work.
  • Lead on forward-thinking influencer strategy and engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest thinking and learnings in integrated marcomms, applying them as appropriate to clients.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consumer PR and influencer marketing, with thorough knowledge of communication principles and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of media across all mediums (including digital and social) and an active network of media contacts.
  • Solid understanding of local trends and news that may affect the PR industry, programs, or clients.
  • Strong public speaking/presentation skills, with experience in new business pitching a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills, financial literacy, and attention to detail.
