As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a PR & Influencer Coordinator (US Market) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be creative, obsessed with keeping up with trends, and a walking influencer library Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is well-organised, has strong negotiation skills, is confident, has a can-do attitude, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

If you have a proven track record in influencer marketing with strong negotiation skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to grow our US Influencer program
  • Assist with developing and executing influencer activities within the US market
  • Identify and onboard trending talent that aligns with White Fox's goals
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables
  • Manage influencer contracts, both paid and gifted, from start to finish
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers across social media platforms
  • Coordinate influencer strategies across different channels relevant to the market
  • Bring innovative ideas to campaigns and strategies
  • Develop relationships with talent and management
  • Monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs
  • Provide weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in PR & Influencer marketing within the US market
  • Knowledge of the influencer landscape and current rates in the US
  • Passion for social media and influencer culture
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Results-driven and brand-focused
