Security Automation Specialist

Job Overview:
As a DevSecOps professional, you will play a crucial role in improving the security posture of consumer accounts and implementing updates to the showback platform.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of extensive Python programming expertise.
- Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Infrastructure-As-Code tools like CloudFormation and CDK.
- Strong understanding of automation, quality engineering, and architectural methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and use of tools like Code Build, Code Deploy, and Code Pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with managing certificates (client-server, mutual TLS, etc).
Responsibilities:
- Improve the automation of security controls.
- Work closely with the consumer team on defining processes and system requirements.
- Design and implement updates to the showback platform, including cloud conformity, WAF status, and certificate management.
- Uplift the security posture of consumer accounts using show back platform, trusted advisor, and risk management process.
- Implement items from the Cloud Security LRP, ensuring enterprise minimum security requirements.
