About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial services to support the daily operation and financial reporting business units within Starcom Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise manual journals to allocate Revenue and Expenses across all media agencies.
  • Raise manual journals to recognize Revenue and Expenses under the accrual basis.
  • Instruct the SSC GL team for Revenue reporting.
  • Assist in checking the HFM pack to ensure it is reported accurately.
  • Assist in rolling forecast and annual commitment reporting by updating the forecast in HFM.
  • Assist in quarterly CSR reporting by coordinating data collection and checking the reporting pack in HFM.
  • Coordinate new supplier/client setup with the SSC MDM team and MMS team.
  • Coordinate supplier invoices posting, which includes raising purchase orders for invoices and liaising with the SSC AP Team should there be any issue or queries.
  • Coordinate client sundry invoices billing and liaising with the SSC Collection team to ensure invoices are collected within payment term.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all personnel both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve difficult situations.
