About This Opportunity
  • This role requires a high level of product and application expertise to support field sales rep teams and dealers in delivering prime product and work tool sales execution.
  • Develop and deliver product and application training to field reps, dealers, and customers to enhance their understanding and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales execution by providing product and application expertise to global field sales rep teams and dealers to drive prime product and work tool sales execution.
  • Identify, manage, and report on competitive performance studies, feature/benefit comparisons, and maintenance and repair cost analysis to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Assist in defining and placing value on new product features, functional specifications, and general product requirements to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
