Job Overview

The organisation seeks a senior finance executive to contribute to the strategic direction, employing their expertise in financial planning and management.

Employing around 180 staff across the country, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering employment services, education and training, a Pacific labour mobility scheme and indigenous programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert financial advice to the CEO and Board, contributing to organisational strategy;
  • Develop and implement financial literacy programs across the organisation;
  • Integrate technology to improve data capture and achieve efficiency gains;
  • Lead and manage a dedicated finance team, ensuring effective performance and development;
  • Ensure comprehensive analysis and information provision to support business decisions;
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:

A senior finance executive with CA/CPA qualifications, commercial acumen, superior communication skills and leadership capacity is required.

Frequent travel expected, the successful candidate can be based in Mildura, Adelaide or Melbourne.
