Opportunity Overview

As a Project Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with developing tailored marketing plans for individual projects that align with defined sales and marketing objectives, contributing to the achievement of project budgets and targets through effective teamwork. This role may encompass a range of projects, a specific product line, or a singular project.

Key Responsibilities:

·Implement Mirvac and project procedures and processes.

·Formulate project marketing strategies and ensure their effective execution and delivery.

·Oversee project budgets and cash flows within established parameters to meet targets and optimize ROI across all projects.

·Continuously measure and analyze campaigns to ensure strategies meet budgeted sales targets and cost per sale.

·Report on project targets and conduct market analysis.

·Maintain a high level of financial accountability in approving and processing as necessary.

·Assist in positioning the brand, marketing activities, and systems.

·Enhance customer experience through improved service processes, presentations, systems, and programs to maximize sales potential.

·Provide strategic insights on operational issues and collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals are met.

·Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.

·Cultivate strong relationships with other Mirvac departments to ensure comprehensive delivery of project objectives.

·Engage with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies, and suppliers.

·Manage and report on project buyer profiles.

·Coordinate with state-level Marketing Managers.

·Collaborate with builders to implement products based on consumer needs and research.

·Maximize PR and industry networking opportunities.

·Assist in developing a proactive social media strategy.

Your Unique Qualifications:

·3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising.

·Experience in project management.

·Strong marketing background in creative design, digital and social marketing, and collaboration with agencies in the property sector.

·Relevant tertiary qualifications.

·Solid commercial, financial, legal, and compliance understanding.

·Effective leadership and people development skills.

·Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

·Familiarity with social media platforms.

·Experience with Google Analytics.

·Skills in financial management systems.

·Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·Diverse project management skills.

·Good negotiation abilities.

·Ability to maintain discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

·Established industry networks.

·Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation.
