RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tender and proposal responses, maintaining third-party contractor management prequalification portals, and managing the supplier management program. You will also be responsible for management system document control, including coordination of reviews, revisions, and formatting. Additionally, you will maintain the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe), administer the AAP external training and competency register, and coordinate and prepare communications, including monthly bulletins, reports, and alerts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tender and proposal responses
  • Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals
  • Manage the supplier management program
  • Management system document control (including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, etc)
  • Maintenance and administration of the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe)
  • Administration of the AAP external training and competency register
  • Coordinate and prepare communications (monthly bulletin, reports, alerts)
  • Coordinate team meetings (including minutes)
  • Assist with coordination of management system related training
  • Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page
  • Maintain the HSSEQ email inbox

Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite – Word/Excel/PP
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports
  • Be open to taking initiative, learning, and growing in the role
