At Smithfield Village Early Learning Centre, we are passionate about providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.
We offer a unique and inspiring environment with various facilities such as barnyard animals, reptiles, birds, waterpark, Tropical rainforests, and Garden world where fresh produce is grown and harvested daily.
Our TeamWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team. As an Educator at Smithfield Village, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the centre.
- Maintain open and effective communication with educators and families to build strong relationships.
- Provide adequate supervision to groups of children at all times.
- Evaluate and implement health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for children and staff.
- Develop and implement learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services.
- Current blue card.
- Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- An understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to developing the future of children.
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
