Job Title: Childcare Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team at MBC Recruitment. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily routines and learning programs for infants and toddlers.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate sensory activities to stimulate motor skills and cognitive development.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, providing updates on the child's development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining proper hygiene and sanitizing surfaces regularly.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • 2-3 years experience working as a Childcare Educator in an infant or baby room.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • CPR and First Aid is advantageous.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including the use of verbal, written and technological communication and basic computer skills.

What We Offer:

A full-time role from Monday to Friday, working with a reputable and family-owned Early Learning Centre in Epping NSW.
