Compensation Package

Job Description

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering close relationships with families, and guiding children's learning and development.

  • You will work closely with the teacher/director to bring our educational program to life, inspiring each child's unique learning journey.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives, helping them develop into curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

About the Role

This fixed-term, part-time position is available until June 25, 2025, working Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays on a five-day fortnight basis, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

You will be working with children in their pre-school year, creating meaningful connections and inspiring their unique learning journey.
