You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care across this diverse and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized nursing care to patients across multiple specialties with compassion and expertise.
- Assess, plan, and coordinate the delivery of patient care through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on patient condition during surgical procedures, ensuring timely interventions when needed.
- Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A current registration with AHPRA, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an operating theatre setting, showcasing your expertise and adaptability.
- Experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, or cardiac surgery is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient engagement.
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months, upholding your integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, as per the role's requirements.
