Job Title:

Experienced Driving Instructor

We are seeking a professional and skilled driving instructor to deliver learner lessons and the NSW Safer Drivers Course.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver learner lessons and the NSW Safer Drivers Course
  • Facilitate senior assessments and corporate training (if qualified)
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered ACN
  • Own dual control vehicle (white colour, < 5 years old and have a 5 star ANCAP rating)
  • Current Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics and valid NSW Driving Instructor License
  • Current and valid TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (minimum module 2)
  • Valid NSW C class Driver's License
  • Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Essential Skills:
  • Passion and dedication to help learners become safe and independent drivers
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with empathy and patience
  • Ability to drive NRMA products and positive reviews through need-based selling approach
  • Excellent communication with diverse individuals and varying driving confidence levels
  • Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations
  • Effective diary management and strong work ethic to manage time and schedule
  • Ability to adapt to various customer learning styles, needs, and preferences
  • Team player with flexibility and willingness to grow with business demand and requirements
