What You'll Do

As a member of our consulting team, you'll work alongside top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and developing new skills and experience.

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, with projects performed at client sites. You may travel internationally, depending on the client's challenge.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with a strong academic record, currently studying an MBA at Cambridge Judge or Oxford Saïd Business School. You should have 3+ years of consulting or industry experience, with a proven track record of achievement and high performance.

Key skills include analytical and creative thinking, excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, and the ability to package complex topics and ideas. You should also be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and flexible, curious, and creative.
