About This Opportunity

This role is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level by providing clear direction and focus on contractual activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and managing multiple subcontract packages.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a strong understanding of commercial management principles. They will also be able to identify areas of concern/risk based on their past experience working in the civil construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear direction and focus on contractual activities
  • Administer and manage multiple subcontract packages
  • Quantify and price the scope of works
  • Undertake commercial reviews of tender documentation
  • Review and advise on cost plan estimates
  • Risk/opportunity management and value engineering
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of commercial management principles
  • Prioritize and problem solve, while managing internal and external stakeholder interests
