Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves applying engineering expertise to a wide range of projects across NSW.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, design management, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform design and project management tasks for the delivery of land development and infrastructure related projects from initiation through to construction.
  2. Prepare and update civil engineering documentation including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, tender documentation, programs and schedules.
  3. Apply civil engineering knowledge to various works which may include engineering drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support engineering projects related to land development and infrastructure.
  4. Conduct site supervision and quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects, adhering to design specifications, safety protocols, and Local/State Government standards.
  5. Assist in the review of engineering drawings and submittals, respond to requests for information, prepare site observation reports, and perform other contract administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in civil engineering, project management, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Engineers Australia Membership or eligibility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development through self-study, training, and seminars, and maintaining Continual Professional Development (CPD).
