The Role

We offer flexible shifts ranging from early mornings for breakfast to late-night cocktails in our unique venues. Our ideal candidate will be a zealous, engaging, and professional food and beverage expert with recent experience in high-end environments. You will need to demonstrate:

  • A current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Availability across a 7-day roster, including AM and PM shifts
  • A high standard of service with an energetic, adaptable personality
